1. How much are your shipping charges?

Our shipping service is highly affordable. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $30 inside the United States and Colombia (South America). Here is a detailed chart of our domestic and international charges.

  • IMPORTANT: Please be aware that we ship your first order to the billing address which is the address registered at the credit card institution or Paypal. If you want us to ship to a different address, the shipping will be delayed until we can complete the verification process with the financial institution. If we cannot contact you or your credit card for authorization the order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Please select the correct shipping method for your country. Otherwise the order will be considered void and cancelled.
  • All orders are shipped from the US via the US Postal Service (USPS) and delivered to the recipient through the Official Postal Service of the recipient's respective country.


  • As a proof of shipment for international orders with no tracking we can provide a Customs ID Number.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.

2. When can I expect my order to arrive?

Domestic Shipping


  • Express Mail orders will be shipped on the same day, if the orders are placed before 12 noon EST.
  • In case the shipping address does not match with the address on your credit card record or your PayPal account, then we will contact you or your financial institution, which will delay your Express Mail order arrival.

International Shipping

  • Express Mail is the only international shipping option that provides tracking information.
  • Customers using First Class and Priority Mail service receive the tracking number.
  • Customers can verify their Shipping Order Status by entering the tracking number at the United States Postal Service website  www.usps.com
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail.


NoseSecret is excited to announce our new shipping service: DHL International Express to all its customers worldwide. Shipping with DHL Express includes tracking information and generally takes 4-5 business days depending on the country. DHL Express will allow customers to receive NoseSecret products faster and at a more reasonable rate. 

3. How will my package arrive?

We understand your privacy. Therefore to maintain the confidentiality of your order, we keep our packaging discreet. We don't write the name of the product on the domestic shipping label. However, on international orders, we write the nature of the product in small print as it is required by the international custom officials.

4. Does Nose Secret ship to all the international countries?

We ship international orders every day. However, we reserve the right to deny our all international mail services to certain countries.

There are some countries that require payment of custom duties and taxes for products imported of any value from the US. Such charges are not included in the Nose Secret order price, therefore when your order package arrives to your country; you have to clear payments in the customs to receive the package.

Colombia is the only country outside the United States, to which we offer FREE SHIPPING with tracking information.

5. Do you ship to APO address?

If you have APO address don't worry, we ship to APO's (Army Post addresses).


Returns and Refunds

1. What is your return policy? Can I return the product?

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with the results, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will refund your order money amount excluding an $8.99 processing fee and any shipping charges.

Introductory NoseSecret kit which includes 3 different sizes is the only product that qualifies for a refund. Purchases of single pairs do not qualify for the refund.

2. How to get a refund?

To get a refund of the introductory kit send the package to:

To speed up the refund process,

  • Email us to initiate your refund.  Also include your name and date of the order on the package.
  • Write "REFUND" on the exterior of the envelope.
  • To avoid processing delays, use a reliable delivery service with tracking number to expedite the return.
  • If the package is lost in the mail, we will not be able to process the refund without proof of mailing.

Note: We do not resell products that have left our warehouse. However, we require return of the product for inventory purpose.

3. When can I expect my refund?

We make sure that the refunds are processed within a week of receiving the package. It can take 2 weeks for the refund statement to reach you.
